Purpose. This online privacy notice discloses the information practices for this Site, including what type of personally identifiable information is requested, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.
Personal Information That May Be Collected.
Site Visits. SLCCC collects certain information from visitors. This includes, but is not limited to, the home server domain name, email address, type of computer and web browser, what pages visitor accessed, and limited information about search requests. This information is used to solve technical problems and to calculate overall usage statistics.
Identifying Information. To access certain areas of the Site or to request information about services, SLCCC may request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: name, postal address, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. SLCCC may request additional information to establish and maintain the customer’s account.

Uses Made of the Information.
Limited Uses Identified. Without the customer’s prior consent, SLCCC will not use your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. SLCCC uses personally identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices, and in program record-keeping.
Marketing Uses. SLCCC may provide the customer with information about this Site, SLCCC products and services, and related information in which the customer has indicated an interest. SLCCC offers customers the opportunity to opt-out if a customer wishes not to have personal identifying information used in this way.
Online Advertising. Some companies that help SLCCC deliver interactive online advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about SLCCC’s customers to help it better understand the advertising or promotions most appealing to SLCCC’s customers. Marketing Analysis by Third-Parties. SLCCC may disclose to third-parties personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.

Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
No Tracking of Personal Information. This Site is not set up to track, collect, or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through web site access logs SLCCC may collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. Use of Web Beacon Technologies. SLCCC may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor this Site to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by SLCCC or by its suppliers. If the customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customer’s visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.
Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. SLCCC may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to this Site to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity this Site; web site and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” SLCCC or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.

Commitment to Online Security. SLCCC employs reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints. Any SLCCC agents and contractors with access to personal information on this Site are also bound to adhere to these security standards.
No Liability for Acts of Third-Parties. SLCCC will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on November 10, 2020. SLCCC may update its privacy policy statement at any time. Notice of any updates will be posted on this Site’s homepage for at least 30 days before the implementation of such change. By using this Site after the implementation date, you are accepting the revised Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out Right. Any user has the right to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used, or disclosed by SLCCC and by any third-parties with whom SLCCC has shared or transferred such personal information. After processing the cancellation, SLCCC will delete the customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its database.
