Beginning in 2025, all registered entities in Pennsylvania will have to file an annual report with the Department of State. Failure to submit the annual report on time can result in penalties, fines, and even the dissolution (termination) of your entity’s legal status.
Nichole Baer, an attorney with RKG Law, will walk us through who is required to file, how to do it, and answer questions from attendees. Please note this event will take place on Zoom!

This filing requirement does not apply to sole proprietorships or trusts if they are not registered with the state. It also doesn’t apply to fictitious names.
