Limited Uses Identified. Without the customer’s prior consent, SLCCC will not use your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. SLCCC uses personally identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices, and in program record-keeping.
Marketing Uses. SLCCC may provide the customer with information about this Site, SLCCC products and services, and related information in which the customer has indicated an interest. SLCCC offers customers the opportunity to opt-out if a customer wishes not to have personal identifying information used in this way.

If the customer’s personally identifiable information changes, or if the customer notes an error upon review of customer information that SLCCC has on file, please promptly provide the new or correct information.
