Armstrong Notary & TAG Services was created and approved by PennDOT in 2021 to help service your notary needs and transactions through PennDOT. Some of the transactions are processing vehicle title transfers when you sold the vehicle privately, new registrations with plates, renewal of registrations, file for antique titles or plates, request vanity plates and many more transactions.
We wanted to help the local community. We do have a reasonable cost for mobile notary service available depending on the service (not all transactions may be completed off site).
The office has posted hours but we are more than willing to work by appointments around your schedule. Please call for availability.
