William White, with National Training and Consulting Group, will be presenting on understanding generational differences in the workplace. This presentation provides valuable information to business leaders, supervisors, and employees about the different generations of people they will encounter in the workplace.
The presentation will provide participants with a fundamental understanding of the influences, values, and work culture of the generations currently in the workforce.
Participants will be provided instruction on how the generational preferences impact relationships in the work environment and more importantly, how to manage conflicts when they arise. The presentation concludes with strategies on leveraging the generational differences to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
