After working in the construction industry for many years, Jeff Swope began J.L. Swope Construction in 1984 and has been building custom homes in Southern Lancaster County and surrounding areas ever since.  In addition to building and designing custom homes, JL Swope Construction also has in its portfolio additions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and custom commercial projects. We pride ourselves on using highly reputable subcontractors and employees. Several of them have been with us since the beginning.
