Lancaster Life & Employment Skills Service teaches life skills and does job coaching for those who have intellectual disabilities. We teach them everything from cleaning to budgeting to social correctness and cooking or any other independent skill they may need. We also help them find a job and stay with them while learning the job and then follow up with them on a regular basis to make sure there are no issues.
