Southern Lancaster County Farmer-Sportsmen's Association

Southern Lancaster County Farmer-Sportsmen’s Association is an NRA and CMP affiliated group of firearms, archery, and conservation enthusiasts of all ages. Club activities have expanded over the years to include a wide range of shooting activities, pheasant and trout raising, Hunter/Trapper Safety Education, handgun and personal protection classes, as well as range support for law enforcement and other affiliates, such as Project Appleseed, Delta Waterfowl, and National Wild Turkey Federation. The club supports youth development by sponsoring the CMP Youth Air Rifle program, a youth fishing derby, youth conservation training, and sponsoring the local Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Sea Scout programs. Youth are welcome to all shooting activities, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. SLCFSA supports the local community by providing free-and-open-to-the-public Bleeding Control seminars, Hunter/Trapper Safety Education (SLCFSA was a local pioneer), having a booth in the Solanco and West Lampeter fairs, and sponsoring attendees yearly to the Lancaster County Youth Conservation School. SLCFSA is also the longest-running sponsor, since 1959, of the Miss Solanco Scholarship Pageant. Our activities are open to the public. Please find details on our website, slcfsa.org.
