With an MBA from Northeastern University, Eric Parker spent a career growing small and medium sized manufacturing companies. He moved to Lancaster in 1990 to run Datcon Instrument Company and, in 1996 started Rosenberger North America (Akron, PA). As the managing partner, Eric grew Rosenberger organically and via acquisition. After retiring in 2012, Eric became active in SCORE and has helped dozens of local entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.
