I help women to hit their body goals without restriction and teach them how to work through limiting beliefs AKA the things that keep you stuck so that they can feel confident in their body, freedom from food without guilt and shame and more energy to keep up with the people that matter most. My program is an online course with a 5 step process where my clients will learn how to set and adjust their own macros so that they can create their own customized meal plan that fits their unique body and lifestyle. In addition to the life time access to my course, they also will get 8 weeks of group coaching with me so help guide them along.
