Sugarplums and Teas is considered to be a “hidden gem”, located in the Mill Creek neighborhood off of Strasburg Pike. We sell over 120 loose teas. We’re open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday. Sugarplums is known for our scones and eclectic High Tea. Our catering, private parties, full bakery, special themed events as well as quarterly dinners make a favorite for a variety of guests.
